Set up in minutes
- Add a Chargebee data source
In GrowPanel, choose Chargebee, give it a name and enter your subdomain.
- Create a read-only key
In Chargebee, go to Settings, then API Keys and Events, and create a read-only key. Paste it into GrowPanel.
- Add the webhook
Copy the webhook URL from GrowPanel and add it in Chargebee with API version 2 and all events.
- Save and import
GrowPanel verifies the key and starts the import. Reports fill in as customers are processed.

Can GrowPanel change anything in Chargebee?
No. You give GrowPanel a read-only API key, so it can only read your data.
Why do I need a webhook as well as the API key?
The key imports your history. The webhook tells GrowPanel about every change afterwards, so your numbers stay current without waiting for a sync. GrowPanel also re-checks every 5 minutes for events it hasn't processed yet.
How long does the first import take?
From minutes to a few hours, depending on how much data you have in Chargebee. It runs in the background, and you get an email when it's done.
Are add-ons, coupons and prorations handled?
Yes. Each customer's MRR is rebuilt from their subscriptions, add-ons, coupons and invoices. The Chargebee guide lists everything GrowPanel imports.
Do I get churn reasons from Chargebee?
GrowPanel imports Chargebee's structured cancellation reason codes. Freetext comments aren't available through Chargebee's API.
What does it cost?
GrowPanel is free until you're above $200k ARR. After that, plans are priced by ARR, billed monthly or annually.
