Can GrowPanel change anything in my Stripe account?
No. GrowPanel connects through Stripe OAuth with read-only permissions. It can't create charges, change subscriptions or issue invoices.
How long does the first import take?
Anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on how much history you have. Stripe rate-limits its API, so very large accounts take longer. The import runs in the background and you get an email when it's done.
Do I need to set up webhooks?
No. GrowPanel subscribes to the Stripe events it needs automatically. On top of that, it re-checks every 5 minutes for customers with events it hasn't processed yet.
How does GrowPanel handle prorations, discounts and metered billing?
Each customer's MRR is rebuilt from their full invoice and subscription history, including prorations, coupons, tiered and metered prices. The Stripe guide covers every case.
Can I connect more than one Stripe account?
Yes. Every Stripe account becomes its own data source, and reports combine them or filter by data source. The Free plan includes 1 data source, and paid plans include 3 to 25.
