In GrowPanel, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect on the HubSpot card. Pick your portal and approve.

Is it really two-way?
Yes. GrowPanel pushes the metrics you choose onto HubSpot records, and pulls the HubSpot properties you choose back into GrowPanel, where they work as filters and groupings in every report.
Should I match by email or by domain?
Email works best for B2C, or for B2B when the billing email is the main HubSpot contact. Email domain suits B2B where one HubSpot company is one customer. After the first sync, the GrowPanel customer ID is the most reliable. The guide explains the trade-offs.
How quickly does HubSpot update?
After the initial sync, changes to a customer's MRR or status reach HubSpot within a few minutes of the billing event. You can also sync a single customer from their detail page.
What permissions does GrowPanel need?
Read and write access to companies and contacts, plus permission to create the growpanel_* custom properties. Nothing outside companies and contacts.
What happens if I disconnect?
GrowPanel stops syncing and revokes its token. The growpanel_* properties stay on your records with their last values until you delete them in HubSpot.
