Who is the Google Sheets source for?
Businesses without a supported billing platform, teams importing historical data, and anyone with invoices billed outside their main system. You can run it alongside Stripe, Chargebee or Recurly.
Is it real time?
No. Sheets is a manual source, so you export whenever you have new data. For real-time sync, connect a billing platform like Stripe, or push data from your own system with the Custom API.
What if I change a row after exporting?
Export again. Rows with matching IDs are updated, and you can import the data back into a sheet to verify it.
Which columns do I need?
The add-on creates templates for plans, customers and invoices. Amounts are in cents, and each invoice references a customer ID and, for subscriptions, a plan ID. The guide lists every column.
What does it cost?
GrowPanel is free until you're above $200k ARR. After that, plans are priced by ARR, billed monthly or annually.
